ERIKES Exchange Policy 

We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are available within 7 days of purchase/delivery for a different size of the same item (subject to availability). Items must be unworn, undamaged, unstained, and with original tags attached. Sale and clearance items are final and cannot be exchanged.

ERIKES Returns & Exchanges Policy

At ERIKES, we want you to love your purchase. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to provide exchanges for size only, under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Timeframe – The item must be returned within 7 days of purchase (or delivery, for online orders).

  2. Condition of Item – The item must be:

    • Unworn and unused.

    • Free from any damage, stains, or odors.

    • Returned with all original tags still securely attached.

  3. Proof of Purchase – A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.

Exchange Terms

  • Exchanges are allowed only for a different size of the same item, subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested size is unavailable, the exchange cannot be processed.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that show any signs of wear, washing, alterations, damage, or stains will not be accepted.

  • Sale, clearance, or final sale items are not eligible for exchange.

Important Notes

  • We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

  • ERIKES reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.
