Shipping Policy - the basics
1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is received and verified.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM (GMT) will be processed the next business day.

During high order volumes, processing may be delayed by an additional 1–2 business days. Customers will be notified of significant delays.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We use Shippo to manage all shipping and returns. Available shipping methods include:

Standard Shipping (UK): 3–5 business days.

Express Shipping (UK): 1–2 business days.

International Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days (delivery times vary by country).

International Express Shipping: 3–7 business days (delivery times vary by country).
Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs, carrier service interruptions, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, or emergencies) are not the responsibility of ERIKES.
3. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by their destination country. These are not included in the product or shipping cost.
4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the system.
5. Failed Deliveries & Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

ERIKES is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery (e.g., customer unavailable, incorrect address), the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, ERIKES is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customers are encouraged to provide secure delivery instructions or use alternative delivery addresses (e.g., work address) if concerned about theft.

If your package is lost or stolen after delivery, you must contact the carrier directly to resolve the issue. ERIKES may assist with information, but cannot issue a replacement or refund.
7. Returns & Exchanges

ERIKES uses Shippo for returns and exchanges.

Customers may exchange items for a different size within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

Items must be unworn, undamaged, unstained, and with original tags attached.

Refunds are not available. Exchanges only.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made by ERIKES.
8. Service Interruptions
We make every effort to ensure orders are delivered on time. However, we are not liable for shipping delays caused by:

Courier or postal service delays.

Customs clearance issues.

Natural disasters or severe weather.
