5. Returns & Exchanges

  • No refunds are offered under any circumstances.

  • Exchanges are permitted only for a different size of the same item, subject to availability, and must meet the following strict conditions:

    • Returned within 7 days of purchase or delivery.

    • Item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with no stains, odors, or alterations.

    • Original tags must remain securely attached.

  • If the requested size is not available, no alternative exchange will be provided.

  • Sale, clearance, or final-sale items are not eligible for exchange.

  • ERIKES reserves the right to reject any item that does not fully comply with these requirements.
